جودة الخدمات البنكية الالكترونية وأثرها على الميزة التنافسية للبنوك التجارية بالجزائر دراسة ميدانية لعينة من زبائن البنوك العاملة بولاية الوادي

Résumé: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى قياس أثر جودة الخدمات التكنولوجية والالكترونية على الميزة التنافسية للبنوك التجارية بالجزائر من وجهة نظر الزبائن، وكان العينة مكونة من وكالات بنكية عاملة بولاية الوادي وهي تواليا: القرض الشعبي الجزائري CPA؛ البنك الجزائر الخارجي BEA؛ بنك الفلاحة والتنمية الريفية BADR؛ البنك الوطني الجزائري BNA؛ بنك الخليج الجزائر AGB؛ تراست بنك TBA، حيث تم الاعتماد في هذه الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي بالجانب النظري والمنهج التحليلي في الجانب التطبيقي، فمن خلال انجاز واستخدام الاستبانة لعينة من الزبائن مقدارها 106 تم التوصل الى وجود أثر ايجابي وذو دلالة احصائية لجودة الخدمات التكنولوجية على الميزة التنافسية للبنوك محل الدراسة بنسبة قدرها: 70.10%. Abstract: This study aimed to measure the impact of the quality of electronic services on the competitive advantage of commercial banks in Algeria from the point of view of customers. The sample consisted of banking agencies operating in the state of El Oued, namely: the Algerian Popular Credit CPA; the Algerian Foreign Bank BEA; the Agricultural and Rural Development Bank BADR; the Algerian National Bank BNA; the Gulf Bank of Algeria AGB; Trust Bank TBA. This study relied on the descriptive approach in the theoretical aspect and the analytical approach in the practical aspect. By completing and using the questionnaire for a sample of 106 customers, it was concluded that there is a positive and statistically significant impact of the quality of electronic services on the competitive advantage of the banks under study at a rate of: 70.10%.
