السياحة : محرّك التنمية المستدامة في الجزائر

Résumé: تعتبر السياحة من المحرّكات الأساسية الدافعة لتحقيق للتنمية المستدامة، فهي تعمل على تحقيق جملة من الأهداف الاقتصادية والسياسية والاجتماعية ، ولهذا لم تعد خيارا في سياسيات الدول وإنّما حتمية وطنية، خص لها المشرع منظومة قانونية قائمة بذاتها إلى جانب البرامج والمخططات التي وضعت كسياسة البحث عن البدائل الاقتصادية خارج قطاع المحروقات. يعد قطاع السياحة وصناعتها، فرصة مستعجلة لابد الاستثمار فيها خاصة وان العديد من الدول أثبتت من خلال تجاربها نجاح فكرة السياحة كبديل عن النفط وعن الصناعة وعن موارد عديدة..، وباتت السياحة محرك للتنمية الاقتصادية والاجتماعية إلى جانب القطاعات الإنتاجية الأخرى (الصناعة، الزراعة...). Tourism is an essential pillar for sustainable development, it achieves a set of economic, political and social goals, that is why it is no longer an option in state politics, but it is a national imperative. The legislator assigned her a separate legal system in addition to the programs and plans that were developed as a policy of searching for economic alternatives outside the hydrocarbon sector. The tourism sector and its industry are an urgent opportunity that must be invested in, especially when many countries have demonstrated through the success of their experiences the idea of tourism as an alternative to oil, industry and many other resources. Tourism has become an engine for economic and social development along with other productive sectors (industry, agriculture ...).
