مصدر شرعية السلطة عند المعتزلة The Source Of Legitimacy For The Authority Of The Mu'tazila

Résumé: ملخص: عندما نسلم أن المعتزلة القائلة بمبدأ الاختيار في الامامة، تقف على الطرف النقيض للشيعة المُنادِية بالنص الجلي، لا الخفي، فإن استعمال طريقة الاستقصاء بالوضع، واستعمال البرهان بالخُلف، يصب في نفس الهدف، وهو اثبات صحة موقف المعتزلة. إنّ هذا الاتجاه -أي المعتزلة -ينسجم مع ما قرروه من قبل وهو أن مرجعية الإمامة تعود إلى الأمة، لأنه وباختصار: يرون أنّ وجوبها لا يعود إلى الله بل إلى الأمة، وأنها -أي الإمامة -ليست أصلا من أصول الدين، بل فرعا من فروعه، ومادامت كذلك، فهي إذاً شأن من شؤون الأمة الدنيوية. إنّ المُراد في هذه البحثية هو تحليل التساؤل التالي: هل استطاعت المعتزلة ومن نحا نحوها من الفرق القائلة بالشورى والاختيار أن تؤسس لنظام سياسي مُقنع وفي نفس الوقت قادر على أن يدحض الأطروحات المناقضة لها خاصة الشيعة أنصار النص؟ Abstract : When we accept that the Mu'tazilites, who say that the imamate is choice, stand at the opposite end of the Shi'ites who call for the clear text, not the hidden one, then the use of the method of situation investigation, and the use of reasonning by absurd, serves the same goal, which is to prove the correctness of the Mu'tazilites position. This view- that is, the Mu'tazilies - is consistent with what they decided before, which is that the authority of the Imamate belongs to the Ummah, because, in short: they see that its obligation does not belong to God but to the Ummah, and that the Imamate - is not one of the religion's origins, but rather a branch of its branches. As long as it is, then it is a matter of the worldly affairs of the Ummah. The purpose of this research is to analyze the following question: Were the Mu'tazilites and those who favored them from the sects that advocated consultation (shura) and choice able to establish a convincing political system; and at the same time able to refute the theses contradicting them, especially the Shiite, supporters of the text?
