الحاجات التدريبية الضرورية لمعلمي التربية الخاصة في أم البواقي من وجهة نظرهم

Résumé: على الاحتياجات التدريبية لمعلمي التربية الخاصة بأم البواقي .وقد استخدم الباحثتان الأدوات الخاصة في الدراسة وهي استبيانه تم تطويرها من قبل الباحثتان بالرجوع إلى الأدبيات السابقة والمقابلات مع العاملين في المراكز الخاصة مكونة من(40) فقرة وتم تحكيمها من قبل عدد المحكمين.أما عينة الدراسة فقد تكونت من(85) معلما ومعلمة.من المؤسسات الخاصة . -وقد خلصت النتائج إلى : - أن التدريس المعرفي لمعلم التربية الخاصة ضعيف. -الحاجات النفسية آو التهيئة والتدريب النفسي المسبق ضعيف -أن معلم التربية الخاصة لا يتعامل مع الأطفال ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة حسب تخصصه -حيث أن احتياجات الشخصية قد يولد الضغط النفسي لدى معلم التربية الخاصة -لا تختلف دلالة الفروق بين متوسطات الاحتياجات التدريبية في الجنس Abstract: The current study aimed to identify the training needs of special education teachers in Oum El Bouaghi. The two researchers used the special tools in the study, which is a questionnaire developed by the two researchers with reference to previous literature and interviews with workers in special centers consisting of (40) paragraphs, and it was judged by a number of arbitrators. The study sample consisted of (85) male and female teachers from private institutions. The results concluded: The cognitive teaching of the special education teacher is weak. Psychological needs or preparation and prior psychological training are weak The special education teacher does not deal with children with special needs according to his specialization As the personal needs may generate psychological pressure for the special education teacher The significance of the differences between the average training needs does not differ by gender
