الثقافة والتسيير في الوسط العمالي- المؤسسة الاقتصادية الجزائرية أنموذجا ً-

Résumé: إن الدور الم ُلقى على عاتق المؤسسة الاقتصادية إحداث تنمية اقتصادية, وتحديث المجتمع الجزائري, عن طريق خلق فرد جديد في مجتمع جديد, ونقله من مجتمع تقليدي إلى مجتمع حداثي, عبر المؤسسة الاقتصادية التي لها القدرة على تلقين القيم والممارسات الجديدة للعامل, بواسطة التنشئة المؤسساتية لتحل محل القيم والثقافة التقليدية. إن المفارقة التي يمكن رصدها من خلال الملاحظة الميدانية للممارسات العمالية داخل المؤسسة وجود تعارض بين السلوك العمّالي التقليدي و ثقافة المؤسسة العصرية. حيث تهدف الدراسة إلى الإجابة عن التساؤل التالي: هل استطاع العامل الجزائري ان يكتسب سلوك تنظيمي عصري داخل المؤسسة ؟ أم أن ثقافته التقليدية ما زالت تتحكم في ممارساته المهنية؟ أخيرا ً تخْل ُص الدراسة إلى ان العامل الجزائري لم يكتسب بعد ثقافة تنظيمية جديدة مغايرة لثقافته التقليدية, من خلال إعادة انتاج الثقافة المحلية التي تنعكس على سلوكه, وهذا ما يؤثر سِلبا ًعلى مشكلة التأقلم مع الوسط الصناعي الجديد. The role of the economic institution is to create economic development and modernize Algerian society by creating a new individual in a new society and transferring it from a traditional society to a modern society through an economic institution that has the capacity to impart new values and practices to the worker through institutionalization to replace values and culture. Traditional, the paradox that can be observed through the field observation of labor practices within the institution is a conflict between the labor behavior and the culture of the modern institution. Therefore, the study aims to answer the following question: Has the Algerian worker been able to acquire modern organizational behavior within the institution? Or does his traditional culture still control his professional practices? Finally, the study concludes that the Algerian worker has not yet acquired a new organizational culture that differs from his traditional culture by reproducing the local culture that reflects his behavior, which negatively affects the problem of adapting to the new industrial milieu.
