تأثير الحكم الراشد على الإستثمار الأجنبي المباشر في الجزائر دراسة قياسية للفترة 1996-2015
Résumé: The purpose of this study is to research the subject of Good governance and to highlight its impact on the creation of the investment climate in Algeria, because attracting the largest amount of foreign direct investment requires a transparent, accountable and participatory system of government, founded on the principles of good governance to ensure the convenience and rights of the foreign investor within the host country. The study also aimed at measuring the impact of Good governance on the inflow of foreign direct investment in Algeria, depending on economic measurement by building a standard model using the ordinary minor squares contain adult governance variables as separate variables, and FDI flows as a proportion of GDP ) Gross domestic product( as a dependent variable. The study found that both political stability and the rule of law have a positive impact, while freedom of expression and accountability negatively affect the investment flows contained to Algeria, as for the control of corruption, the effectiveness of the Government and the quality of regulatory frameworks, it does not affect Algeria's foreign investment inflows.
