Résumé: Summary : The Labor relations are based on contract in most of the comparative législations, which is based on the principle of contractuel freedom and fond in the theory of power of will.The labor contract plays an important rôle in regulating the Professional relationship that bind the employer with the worker. The entry into force of the working relationship has a number of implications, which constitue a combination of controls and requirements aimedprimarily at controlling and clarification of the performance of the work in the ways and methods required, these effects are the obligations and rights of the contracting parties in addition to possible tadiopain sanctions against the worker as a result of violation of the worker s Professional obligations. The employment relationship ends for reasons beyond the control of the parties, as they do, the contract s terminations can be divided into two reasons, namely ordinary légal reasons and extraordinary legal reasons. We can not have a working relationship without resorting to a contract of employment, which is the corner stone of building Professional relations and establishing an economic and social force
