ضعــف المنظومـة القيمية للتلميذ وانعكاسه على الحياة المدرسية من وجهة نظـــــــــــــر الأساتذة

Résumé: ملخص الدراسة باللغة العربية: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على ضعف المنظومة القيمية للتلميذ ومختلف انعكاساتها وذلك انطلاقا من التساؤل الرئيسي: هل ينعكس ضعف المنظومة القيمية للتلميذ على الحياة المدرسية؟ واندرج ضمنها أسئلة فرعية نذكرها على النحو التالي: - هل ينعكس ضعف المنظومة القيمية للتلميذ سلبا على تحصيله الدراسي؟ - هل ينعكس ضعف المنظومة القيمية للتلميذ سلبا على علاقته بالطاقمين التربوي والإداري؟ - هل ينعكس ضعف المنظومة القيمية للتلميذ على السير الحسن للدروس داخل القسم؟ ولقد تم الاعتماد في هذه الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي ولجمع البيانات استخدمنا الاستبيان الذي تضمن 26 بندا مقسما إلى 4 محاور المحور الأول للبيانات الشخصية وثلاثة محاور تجيب على فرضيات الدراسة كما أجريت هذه الدراسة الميدانية على عينة مكونة من 135 أستاذ وأستاذة بالاعتماد على العينة العرضية في بعض متوسطات ولاية الوادي وقد تم التوصل إلى جملة من النتائج أهمها: - الضعف في المنظومة القيمية للتلميذ ينعكس سلبا على الحياة المدرسية. - الضعف في المنظومة القيمية للتلميذ ينعكس سلبا على تحصيله الدراسي. - الضعف في المنظومة القيمية للتلميذ ينعكسسلباعلى علاقته بالطاقمين التربوي والإداري. - الضعف في المنظومة القيمية للتلميذ ينعكس على السير الحسن للدروس داخل القسم. ملخص الدراسة باللغة الأجنبية: Summary of the study in English: This study aims to identify the weakness of the student's value system and its various repercussions, based on the main question: Does the weakness of the student's value system reflect on his academic achievement? It included sub-questions, which we mention as follows: - Does the weakness of the student's value system affect his academic achievement? - Does the weakness of the student's value system affect his relationship with the educational and administrative staff? - Does the weakness of the student's value system reflect on the good conduct of lessons within the department? In this study, the analytical descriptive approach was relied upon, and for data collection, we used the questionnaire, which included 26 items, divided into 4 axes, the first axis for personal data, and three axes that answer the study hypotheses. This field study was also conducted on a sample of 135 male and female professors, based on the simple random sample in Some averages for the state of El-Wadi, and a number of results were reached, the most important of which are: - Weakness in the student's value system is reflected in school life. - The weakness in the student's value system is reflected in his academic achievement. - Weakness in the student's value system is reflected in his relationship with the educational and administrative staff.
