Résumé: هدفت الدراسة الى قياس أثر الاتصال الداخلي بأبعاده (نظام الاتصال الداخلي، مشاركة الاتصال الداخلي وعملية الاتصال الداخلي) على تحسين أداء العاملين، حيث أجريت الدراسة الميدانية في مؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر موبيليس بالوادي، وقد تم استخدام استمارة الاستبيان كأداة لجمع المعطيات، حيث تم توزيعها على عينة متكونة من 40 فردا عامل بالمؤسسة، ولتحليل البيانات واختبار فرضيات الدراسة تم استخدام الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الإجتماعية SPSS، وبناءً على تحليل النتائج توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود أثر معنوي وإيجابي لكل من نظام الاتصال الداخلي ومشاركة الاتصال على أداء العاملين، بينما كان الأثر غير معنوي لعملية الاتصال على أداء العاملين.The study aimed to measure the impact of internal communication with its dimensions (intercom system, participation of internal communication and the internal communication process) on improving the performance of employees. It consisted of 40 individuals working in the institution, and to analyze the data and test the hypotheses of the study, the SPSS statistical package for social sciences was used. performance of employees.
