أثر الاتصال الداخلي على مشاركة المعرفة دراسة ميدانية في مديرية اتصالات الجزائر- الوحدة العملياتية ورقلة -

Résumé: إن الهدف من هذه الدراسة هو معرفة اثر الاتصال الداخلي على مشاركة المعرفة، ، حيث اعتمدت الباحثة على المنهج الوصفي وذلك بالاعتماد على أداة الاستبيان ، حيث ضمت عينة البحث 75 مفردة ، وتم استخدم برنامج التحليل الإحصائي (SPSS). وكانت النتائج كتالي: مستوى عالي للاتصال الداخلي بمديرية اتصالات الجزائر وحدة ورقلة ، و ان مستوى مشاركة المعرفة كان عاليا فيها ، كما يوجد أثر إيجابي لأبعاد الاتصال الداخلي على مشاركة المعرفة بالمؤسسة محل الدراسة ، وانه لا توجد اختلافات ذات دلالة إحصائية في اجابات عينة الدراسة حول مشاركة المعرفة تعزى للمتغيرات الديمغرافية من جهة، و من جهة أخرى يوجد اختلافات ذات دلالة إحصائية في اجابات عينة الدراسة حول مشاركة المعرفة تعزى لمتغير المستوى التعليمي The aim of this study is to insestigate, the effect of internal communication on knowledge sharing, the researche used the dexriptise methode deponding on the questionnaires , the sample containes 75 indimidual , using the statistical package for the social sciences SPSS analysis system . Resulte was as follow :the internal communication in ALGERIA TELECOM OUARGLA is high, and the level of knowledge sharing is also in high level , as there is a positive effect of the internal communication on knowledge sharing , there is no defferences of a statistical denotation in the responses of the studys sample about the knowledge sharing is due to demographic variable from one side, there is differences of a statistical denotation in the responses of the sample about : knowledge sharing is due to the educational variable from the other side
