Résumé: The electronic environment has caused a wide effects on the legal relationships between individuals, which raise a number of legal challenges that require special and urgent legal regulations regarding a serious re evaluation to the existing rules to suit the specific nature of the digital age applications. The infiltration of this revolutionary concept in the field of International Trade had a significant impact on its expansion, activation, and up lifting to a completely different level of complexity, which made us in front oftraditional international commercial terms adding to it electronic to change completely their provisions, nature, and legal existence, such as E contracts, E trade, and even E cash. Due to the plentyof dispute in trade field between contracting parties in digital environment, the ways of disputes resolving has had a place in this environment too,and the traditional mechanisms to resolve adispute has become inappropriate to solve E trade Conflicts, so itbecame a necessity to create a mechanism called E arbitration.
