مدى فعالية إدارة الجودة الشاملة في تحقيق جودة الخدمات الصحية المقدمة للمستفيدين (عرض تجارب دولية لمؤسسات صحية رائدة)

Résumé: ملخص: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تقييم مدى فعالية إدارة الجودة الشاملة في تحقيق جودة الخدمات الصحية المقدمة للمستفيدين، حيث تم التركيز على تجارب رائدة لمؤسسات صحية انتهجت أسلوب إدارة الجودة الشاملة بهدف تحسين الأداء الصحي وتحقيق جودة الخدمات الصحية، ولقد تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي باعتباره المنهج المناسب في هذه الدراسة، هذا وقد توصلت هذه الدراسة إلى أن لإدارة الجودة الشاملة مساهمة كبيرة في تحسين جودة الخدمات الصحية من خلال إرساء محيط داخلي ينعكس إيجابا على نفسية المستفيد، وكذا تحسين ظروف عمل العاملين الصحيين لتحقيق رضاهم الوظيفي وبالتالي تحقيق رضا المستفيدين من الخدمات الصحية، هذا وقد أوصت هذه الدراسة إلى ضرورة الاستفادة من التجارب الرائدة للمؤسسات الصحية التي اعتمدت على أسلوب إدارة الجودة الشاملة كأحد أهم الأساليب التي تساهم في تحسين جودة الخدمات الصحية المقدمة إلى المستفيدين وبالتالي تحقيق رضاهم. كلمات مفتاحية: إدارة الجودة الشاملة، جودة الخدمات الصحية، إدارة الجودة الشاملة في المؤسسات الصحية. تصنيفات JEL : M110؛ A1؛ .C663 Abstract: This study aimed to assess the effectiveness of Total Quality Management in achieving the quality of health services provided to beneficiaries, Where emphasis was placed on pioneering experiences of health institutions that adopted the comprehensive quality management method with the aim of improving health performance and achieving the quality of health services, We have been relying on the descriptive analytical approach as the appropriate approach in this study, This study found that Total Quality Management has a great contribution to improving the quality of health services by establishing an internal environment that reflects positively on the psyche of the beneficiary, As well as improving the working conditions of health workers to achieve their job satisfaction and thus achieve the satisfaction of the beneficiaries of health services, This study recommended the need to benefit from the pioneering experiences of health institutions that have relied on the method of total quality management as one of the most important methods that contribute to improving the quality of health services provided to the beneficiaries and thus achieve their satisfaction.
