اثر استخدام تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال على إدارة الوقت دراسة ميدانية للشركة الجزائرية لتوزيع الكهرباء والغاز مديرية التوزيع بورقلة خلال سنة 2019 -
Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة أثر إستخدام تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال على إدارة الوقت ، حيث تم إستخدام الاستبيان كأداة رئيسية لجمع المعلومات، و اقتصرت عملية التوزيع على أسلوب العينة العشوائية البسيطة حيث بلغ تعداد عينة الدراسة (81) مفردة، و تمت معالجته إحصائيا عن طريق استخدام برنامج الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (Spss) بالاعتماد على المتوسطات الحسابية، الإنحرافات المعيارية، معاملات الارتباط، تحليل الإنحدار المتعدد والبسيط. و خلصت الدراسة إلى وجود مستوى عال من إستخدام تكنولوجيا المعلومات والإتصال و أيضا وجود مستوى توافر مرتفع لإدارة الوقت ، وذلك راجع لإهتمام الشركة الجزائرية لتوزيع الكهرباء والغاز - مديرية التوزيع بورقلة - بالتكنولوجيات الحديثة، كما أن العلاقة الإرتباطية بين المتغير المستقل تكنولوجيا المعلومات والإتصال و المتغير التابع إدارة الوقت علاقة طردية متوسطة ، حيث تلعب قواعد المعطيات الدور الأهم والأكثر تأثيرا على فعالية إدارة الوقت The study aimed at finding out the impact of using ICT on time management. The questionnaire was used as a main tool for collecting information. The distribution process was limited to the simple random sampling method.The sample was 81 and was proceed statistically by using The statistical package for social sciences (Spss) based on arithmetic averages, standard deviations, correlation coefficients, and multiple regression analysis, The study concluded that there is a high level of ICT usage and a high level of availability of time management, due to the institution's interest in modern technology.The correlation between The linkage between the independent variable information technology communication, and variable the management of the time is a medium-term interdependence, where Databases play The most important and most role on The effectiveness of time management
