Résumé: أولى الفقهاء المالكية بالأندلس عناية كبيرة، بموضوع الأرض وكل ما يتعلق به من ملكية وأنماط استثمار، ومن أبرزهم الفقيه المالكي ابن الحاج التجيبي، الذي اهتم بهذا الموضوع وقدم لنا معلومات دقيقة عن طبيعة الملكيات الزراعية، وكشف لنا عن وجود عدة أصناف منها، بالإضافة إلى الفئات المستفيدة منها كفئة قادة الجند في العهد المرابطي، والتي أشار إليها ابن الحاج في الكثير من نوازله، كما سلط الضوء أيضا على طرائق الاستثمار الزراعي المختلفة من مزارعة ومغارسة ومساقاة وكراء.
