الحراك الشعبي في الجزائر وموقف النخبة المثقفة The Popular Movement In Algeria And The Position Of The Intellectual Elite

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة الى تحديد موقف النخبة الجزائرية المثقفة من الحراك الشعبي المنبثق بتاريخ 22 فبراير 2019 من خلال تحليل اتجاهات المثقفين نحوه ومدى حضورهم فيه، وتحديد طبيعة الدور الذي أدته هذه النحبة في الحراك والعوامل المؤثرة على ذلك، ولقد خلصت الدراسة الى أنّ الحراك الجزائري قام بفعل شعبي ودون قيادة نخبوية، وأنّ تخلف النخبة المثقفة عن صنعه وقيادته يرجع الى عوامل عدة، منها ما يتعلق بطبيعة السلطة وعلاقتها بالمثقف، ومنها ماهو متعلق بهذه النخبة التي تصدعت وابتعدت عن ساحة السياسة والمجتمع، ما أفقدها دورها الطلائعي في الحراك. Abstract: This study aims to determine the position of the Algerian intellectual elite towards the popular movement that emerged on 22 February 2019 by analyzing the participation of the intellectuals and determining the nature of the intellectual elite in the movement, and the factors affecting it. The study concluded that the movement has emerged by a popular act, without an elitist leadership, and that The failure of the intellectual elite to create and lead the movement is due to several factors, including the nature of the political power and its relation with the intellectual, and also the factors related to this elite that have been divided and moved away from the politics and society, Which led to the loss of its leading role in the movement.
