Résumé: السياسة الإفريقيّة للصين في القرن 21: دراسة حالة العلاقات الجزائريّة-الصينيّة أنموذجا China's African Policy in the 21st Century A Case Study of "Algerian-Chinese Relations" as a Model. **************************************************** الملخص: تقدمت الصين عام 2013 بمشروع عملاق للشراكة الدولية الثنائية ومتعدّدة الأطراف وروجت له من خلال منتدى التعاون الإفريقي الصيني، للحصول على تجاوب فعال من قبل دول القارة الإفريقية، وتراهن الصين على تقديم فرص حقيقية للاستثمار واستغلال تعثر مشروعات الاستثمار التي تقدمت بها الدول الغربية التي لم تتمكن من إزالة الماضي الاستعماري في نموذج الشراكة الذي تقدمت بها سابقا. وتطمح الجزائر كبقية الدول الإفريقية للحصول على حصة من مشروع الشراكة الصيني الذي سيمكنها من التخلص من الارتباط بالمجموعة الأوروبية، والتعويض عن خسارة الفرص التنموية التي تستعد الصين لتقديمها للجزائر، وفي كل المجالات، دون أن تضطر الجزائر للتنازل عن ثرواتها أو سيادتها واستقلالية قرارها السياسي والاقتصادي. الكلمات المفتاحية: الجزائر، الصين، الشراكة، التعاون، التبعية، الهيمنة، التنمية، السيادة **************************************** The Abstrat: In 2013, China presented a giant project for bilateral and multilateral international partnership and promoted it through the Forum on African-Chinese Cooperation, to obtain an effective response from the countries of the African continent.
