الاعتراف القانوني بالمنفعة العمومية للاتحاديات الرياضية في الجزائر

Résumé: يعتبر النشاط الرياضي إحدى أهم اهتمام الكثير من الدول إن لم نقل كل الدول نظرا لدورها الفعال في تنمية الجانب الاقتصادي والاجتماعي، وفي سبيل تطوير ودعم الحركة الرياضية منحت العديد من الدول تفويض واعتراف بالمنفعة العمومية والصالح العام للاتحادات الرياضية لتحقيق فاعلية أكثر في المجال الرياضي، وتعد الجزائر خير مثال على ذلك، حيث اعترف المشرع الجزائري بموجب قانون 13/05 المتعلق بالأنشطة البدنية والرياضية وتطويرهما للاتحاديات الرياضية الوطنية بالمنفعة العمومية والصالح العام وذلك إما صراحة أو بموجب التفويض ( المادة 91و92) . The administrative judiciary plays an important role in the field of sports, as it is competent to look into many disputes that may arise as a result of practicing sports activity and that when conditions and would hold jurisdiction for the administrative judiciary, for example as soon as the public benefit and the public interest come to our mind that the competent judiciary is the administrative judiciary as a general principle, and on this basis, the recognition of the Algerian legislator according to low 05/13 related to physical and their development of national sports federations for public benefit and the good the general public expressly or b virtue o he mandate ( article 91 and 92) .
