أثر الوعي البيئي في النية الريادية الخضراء: دراسة تطبيقية على عينة من طلبة السنة الثانية ماستر بكلية العلوم الاقتصادية والتجارية وعلوم التسيير بجامعة قسنطينة 2

Résumé: ملخــص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التحقق من أثر الوعي البيئي (المتكون من: المعرفة البيئية، الاتجاه البيئي، السلوك البيئي) في النية الريادية الخضراء لدى طلبة السنة الثانية ماستر بكلية العلوم الاقتصادية والتجارية وعلوم التسيير، جامعة قسنطينة 2. اعتمدا الباحثان المنهج الوصفي والاستبانة كأداة رئيسية لجمع البيانات، هذه الأخيرة وُزعت على عينة عشوائية طبقية تقدر بـ (300) مفردة، وقد أمكن الحصول على (211) استبانة صالحة للتحليل. أسفرت نتائج الدراسة عن وجود أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية لأبعاد الوعي البيئي مجتمعة في النية الريادية الخضراء لدى الطلبة، أما بالنسبة لأبعاد الوعي البيئي منفردة، فقد أظهرت النتائج أن هناك بُعدين فقط من أبعاده (الاتجاه البيئي والسلوك البيئي) كانا لهما أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية في النية الريادية الخضراء لدى الطلبة. Abstract: This study aims to investigate the impact of environmental awareness (consisting of environmental knowledge, environmental attitude, and environmental behavior) on the green entrepreneurial intention of second-year master’s students at the Faculty of Economic, Commercial and Management Sciences, University of Constantine 2. The questionnaire was chosen by the researchers as the primary data collection tool, along with the descriptive method. A stratified random sample of (300) students was given questionnaires, and (211) valid questionnaires could be obtained for processing. According to the study's findings, students' green entrepreneurial intentions were significantly impacted by the combination of environmental awareness dimensions. Regarding the environmental awareness dimensions separately, the findings indicated that only two of them (environmental attitude and environmental behavior) had a statistically significant impact on students' green entrepreneurial intentions.
