أثر الخصائص الرياديّة في النيّة الرياديّة الخضراء لدى طلبة العلوم الاقتصاديّة والتجاريّة وعلوم التّسيير بجامعة جيجل

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على أثر الخصائص الريادية (التحكم الذاتي، الثقة بالنفس، الميل نحو المخاطرة، الحاجة للإنجاز، تحمل الغموض، الابتكار) في النية الريادية الخضراء لدى طلبة السنة الثالثة بكلية العلوم الاقتصادية والتجارية وعلوم التسيير- جامعة جيجل. ولتحقيق ذلك استخدم الباحثان المنهج الوصفي والاستبانة كأداة رئيسية لجمع البيانات، تم اختبار فرضيات الدراسة على عينة عشوائية طبقية تقدر بـ 261 طالبا وطالبة. أظهرت نتائج الدراسة وجود أثر ذو دلالة احصائية عند المستوى (0.05≥α) للخصائص الريادية في النية الريادية الخضراء لدى عينة الدراسة. وفي ضوء النتائج التي توصلنا إليها تم تقديم جملة من التوصيات. This study aims to identify the impact of entrepreneurial characteristics (locus of control, self-confidence, propensity to take risk, need for achievement, tolerance to ambiguity, innovativeness) on the green Entrepreneurial intention among third year students of the faculty of economic and commercial sciences and management sciences at the university of Jijel. To achieve that goal, researchers used the descriptive approach and the questionnaire as a main tool for data collection. The study hypotheses were tested on a stratified random sample estimated of 261 students. The results of the study showed a statistically significant effect at the level (α 0.05≥) of entrepreneurial characteristics on the green entrepreneurial intention among the study sample, and in the light of our findings a number of recommendations were presented.
