أثر الثقافة الريادية في النية الريادية لدى طلبة الماستر المقبلين على التخرج: دراسة ميدانية بكلية العلوم الاقتصادية والتجارية وعلوم التسيير بجامعة باتنة 1

Résumé: تستهدف هذه الدراسة فحص أثر الثقافة الريادية في النية الريادية لدى الطلبة المقبلين على التخرج من كلية العلوم الاقتصادية والتجارية وعلوم التسيير بجامعة باتنة 1، مستخدمة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، والاستبانة كأداة لجمع البيانات، وقد طُبقت الدراسة على عينة عشوائية بسيطة تقدر بـ (116) طالب وطالبة ماستر 2. خلصت الدراسة إلى أن الثقافة الريادية تؤثر بشكل إيجابي ودال إحصائياً في النية الريادية لدى الطلبة، وأن هناك فروقات ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستويات الثقافة الريادية والنية الريادية بين الطلبة تبعاً لبعض الخصائص الديموغرافية والأكاديمية. This study aims to examine the impact of entrepreneurial culture on the entrepreneurial intention of students about to graduate from the Faculty of Economic, Commercial and Management Sciences at the University of Batna 1, using the analytical descriptive method and the questionnaire as a tool for collecting data. The study was applied to a simple random sample estimated at (116) second-year master’s students. The study concluded that entrepreneurial culture has a positive and statistically significant impact on students' entrepreneurial intention. Additionally, the study found statistically significant differences in the levels of entrepreneurial culture and entrepreneurial intention among students based on certain demographic and academic characteristics
