دور مؤدي خدمات التصديق الإلكتروني في حماية المستهلك على ضوء القانون رقم 15/04 "the Role Of The Performer Of Electronic Certification Services In The Protection Of Consumers Under The Law N° 15/04"

Résumé: الملخص: إن انتشار المعاملات والتجارة الالكترونية بين الشركات التجارية والمستهلك (Busines to Consumer) وهو ما يرمز له بـ: (B2C) أصبح أحد مبررات وجود نظام التصديق الالكتروني كحماية للمستهلك في ظل خصوصية هذا النوع من المعاملات، وعليه سنحاول من خلال هذه الدراسة البحث في الدور الذي يلعبه مؤدي خدمات التصديق الالكتروني لإرساء حماية قانونية كافية للمستهلك على ضوء القانون رقم 15-04، وان كان المشرع الجزائري لم ينص صراحة في أحكامه على هذا الدور. Abstract: The increase of E-commerce transactions between the business and consumer, which is symbolized by: (B2C) has become one of the justifications for the existence of electronic certification system as a protection of the consumer under the privacy of this type of transactions. Therefore we will try through this study to research in the role made by the provider of electronic certification services to establish sufficient legal protection for the consumer under the law 15/04, although the Algerian legislator did not explicitly provides on this role in its legislations.
