النظام القانوني للمجلس الوطني الاقتصادي و الاجتماعي في الجزائر

Résumé: الملخَّـص: يعتبر المجلس الوطني الاقتصادي والاجتماعي من بين الهيئات الاستشارية الموضوعة تحت تصرف الحكومة، هاته الأخيرة تقوم بطلب رأيه في المسائل والأمور ذات الأبعاد الاقتصادية والاجتماعية كما بإمكانه المبادرة من تلقاء نفسه بتقديم النصح والإرشاد للحكومة في أمور يراها مهمة، إذ يتولى تقديم تقارير حول الأوضاع الاقتصادية والاجتماعية للبلاد وبهذه الطريقة تتابع اللجان الدائمة و المتخصصة مدى تنفيذ البرامج والمشاريع الحكومية، ومن خلال توصياته تتم المشاركة الفعلية في رسم السياسة العامة للدولة من الناحية الاقتصادية والاجتماعية . Résumé : Cet article porte sur l’un des institutions consultatives attaché au gouvernement, il s’agit du Conseil économique et social. En effet, le gouvernement peut demander l’avis du conseil dans les questions de caractère économique et social. Egalement, le conseil publie des rapports concernant la situation économique et sociale du pays. A travers ces recommandations il participe dans la réalisation de la conception de la politique générale de l’Etat. Abstract : National economic and social council is one from many advisory bodies at the disposal of the government that may request its opinion on the issues and matters of economic and social dimensions. Also, the Council may take the initiative by himself to provide advice and guidance to the government on matters deemed important. The Council shall submit reports on the economic and social conditions of the country, allowing standing and specialized committees to monitor the implementation of governmental programs and projects; and through its recommendations, an actual participation can be achievedin formulating economic and social public policy.
