استراتيجية استهداف التضخم

Résumé: يعتبر استقرار الأسعار من بين أهم الأهداف التي تسعى الدول إلى تحقيقها، لذا منذ التسعينات قامت العديد من الدول بتبني سياسة استهداف التضخم كإطار حديث لإدارة السياسة النقدية والجزائر على غرار هذه الدول قامت بتبني هذه السياسة، لذا حاولنا من خلال دراستنا هذه معرفة كيفية تأثير استهداف التضخم على الأداء الاقتصادي للاقتصاد الجزائري، من خلال دراسة أثر السياسة النقدية في خضم استهداف التضخم على بعض متغيرات الاقتصاد الجزائري، وذلك بالاعتماد على بيانات سنوية تغطي الفترة من 1980الى غاية 2016 وهذا بالاعتماد على نموذج تصحيح الخطأ (ECM). وقد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة إلى أنّ السياسة النقدية تؤثر ايجابيا على معدل التضخم في الجزائـــــــر، في حين غياب هذه العلاقة مع المتغيرات الاقتصادية الأخرى كالناتج المحلي الخام وسعر الصرف. كلمات مفتاحية: التضخم، السياسة النقدية، سياسة استهداف التضخم. تصنيف JEL : XN2، XN1. Abstract: Price stability is among the most important goals that countries seek to achieve, so since the nineties, many countries have adopted the policy of targeting inflation as a modern framework for managing monetary policy, and Algeria economy by studying the impact of monetary policy in the misdt of inflation targeting on some variables of the Algeria economy, based on annual data covering the period from 1980 to 2016 and this is based on the error correction model (ECM). The Results of the study showed that monetary policy positively affects the rate of inflation in Algeria, While the absence of this Relationship With Other Economic variables Such as the gross Domestic Product and the Exchange rate/ Keywords: Inflation; Monetary Policy; inflation targeting policy.
