Résumé: This study aims to test the direct effects of each of the dimensions of Organizational Identification (organizational loyalty, organizational membership, similarity), and the dimensions of Values of Organizational(ability trust, charity-based trust, trust-based trust, trust-based on openness), on organizational creativity, in addition to examining the mediating role of Values of Organizationalin the relationship between Organizational Identificationand organizational creativity among Northern Border University faculty members To succeed this, a model has been built for the study, between independent variables, intermediate variables, and dependent variables, and The study's most significant findings included the existence of a favorable moral influence of organizational symmetry on both the Values of Organizationaland organizational creativity, and the outcomes showed that there is a morally beneficial influence of the Values of Organizationalon organizational creativity, and it was discovered that the size of Values of Organizational mediate The connection between the dimensions of Organizational Identification and Organizational Creativity.
