Arab Experiences In The Field Of Implementing Digital Management: A Reading Of The Qatari Experience Through Qatar E-government ''hukoomi'
Résumé: This study aimed to provide a model for the application of digital administration in the Arab countries, by reviewing the experience of the State of Qatar as an ideal model, by highlighting the strategy of transforming the government of the State of Qatar into a digital government and the role of the Qatar e-government platform “Hukoomi” in promoting this transformation. The study concluded that the digital government strategy of the State of Qatar is one of the most critical steps to promote digital transformation and achieve sustainable development goals at all levels.
