دور إدارة المعرفة في تحسين جودة الخدمات

Résumé: "هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى بيان دور إدارة المعرفة في تحسين جودة الخدمات دراسة حالة جامعة الشهيد حمه لخضر بالوادي و لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم إتباع المنهج التحليلي الوصفي ، كما تم تصميم استبانة لجمع المعلومات الأولية تم توزيعها على عينة الدراسة وعددها 40 مفردة على اساتذة جامعة الشهيد حمه لخضر بالوادي وتم استردادها كاملة، وفي ضوء ذلك جرى جمع وتحليل البيانات واختبار الفرضيات ، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى عدد من النتائج كان أهمها وجود أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية لبعدي ادارة المعرفة وهما بعد توليد المعرفة توزيع المعرفة في تحسين جودة الخدمات، بينما بعد تشخيص المعرفة وبعد تخزين المعرفة و بعد تطبيق المعرفة لا اثر لهم على تحسين جودة الخدمات كون معلماتهما لم تكن معنوية في النموذج.
