العلاقات العامة ودورها في تطوير الصورة الذهنية باستخدام التسويق بالعلاقات

Résumé: يهدف هذا المقال إلى تسليط الضوء على أحد الأدوار الرئيسية المرتبطة بنشاط العلاقات العامة، والتي أصبح نجاح المؤسسات مرتبط بمدى اهتمامها بالعلاقات العامة، وهذا من أجل تحقيق أهدافها المسطرة باعتبارها حلقة الوصل بين المؤسسة وزبائنها، وهو ما ينعكس إيجابا في تطوير الصورة الذهنية وذلك باستخدام التسويق بالعلاقات كتوجه استراتيجي ، ومنه يمكن طرح التساؤل التالي: هل للعلاقات العامة دور في تطوير الصورة الذهنية للمؤسسة باستخدام التسويق بالعلاقات؟ This research attempts to shed light on one of the main roles associated with the activity of public relations; in which the success of the institutions is linked directly to the extent of their interest in public relations, and this is in order to achieve their goals as a link between the organization and its customers, which is positively reflected in the development of the mental image by using relationship marketing As a strategic direction, from which the following question can be raised: Does public relations have a role in developing the mental image of the organization using relationship marketing?
