تمكين العاملين ودورها في تحسين جودة الخدمات الصحية في ظل جائحة كورونا مصحة الرمال بالوادي نموذجا

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تعرف على مستوى ودور كفاءة العاملين في تحسين تقديم جودة الخدمة الصحية للمرضي وكيفية تسييرها في مرحلة جائحة كورونا مصحة الرمال بالوادي ، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم بناء استبيان مكون من 44 فقرة تشتمل ستة أبعاد كفاءة العاملين والمتمثلة في (التدريب، التفويض الكافي للصلاحيات، العمل الجماعي، التحفيز، إمتلاك المعرفة، الإستقلالية في إتخاذ القرار)، والتركيز على خمسة أبعاد لجودة الخدمة الصحية والمتمثلة في (الملموسية، الإعتمادية، الإستجابة، الأمان، التعاطف).وقد اشتملت عينة الدراسة على 61 عامل بالمصحة محل الدراسة ممثلين في ( إداريين، ممرضين، مساعدي تمريض، أطباء) ، واعتمد في تحليل بيانات الاستبيان على التحليل الإحصائي الوصفي باستخدام برنامج الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الإجتماعية. This study aims to learn about the level and role of the competence of workers in improving the delivery of the quality of the health service to patients and how it is conducted in the phase of the Corona pandemic sand sanatorium in El Oued, and to achieve the objectives of the study was built a questionnaire of 44 paragraphs containing six dimensions of the efficiency of the workers represented by (Training, adequate authorization of powers, teamwork, motivation, knowledge, independence in decisionmaking), and a focus on five dimensions of health service quality (concrete, reliability, response, safety, empathy). The study of 61 workers in the clinic in question was represented in (administrators, nurses, nursing assistants, doctors), and the analysis of the questionnaire data was based on descriptive statistical analysis using the Statistical Package program for social
