أهمية بطاقة الأداء المتوازن في قياس وتقييم أداء شركات التأمين دراسة حالة شركة (trust) للتأمينات بالجزائر 2014-2016
Résumé: عملية تقييم الأداء في المؤسسات الاقتصادية تعتبر من المهام الهامة نتيجة التغيرات التي تفرضها بيئة الأعمال حيث نجد بطاقة الأداء المتوازن من أدوات مراقبة التسيير الحديثة التي تساهم في قياس و تقييم الأداء، وقد اقتصرت هذه الورقة البحثية على دراسة تطبيق نموذج لبطاقة الأداء المتوازن، في شركات التأمين بهدف تحسين أدائها من خلال القياس والتقييم وتوجيهها التوجه الصحيح من خلال تجسيد إستراتيجيتها وبلوغ أهدافها المسطرة. The process of evaluating performance in economic institutions is one of the important tasks due to the changes imposed by the business environment. We find the Balanced Scorecard of the modern management tools that contribute to the measurement and evaluation of performance. This paper was limited to studying the application of a Balanced Scorecard model in insurance companies In order to improve its performance through measurement and evaluation and guide the right direction by reflecting its strategy and achieve its objectives.
