أثر الممارسات الأخلاقية للترويج على الأداء الوظيفي لموظفي الفنادق بولاية الشلف

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة أثر الالتزام بأخلاقيات الترويج في تحسين الأداء الوظيفي لموظفي الفنادق، مع تطبيق على موظفي فنادق الميرادور و لافالي بالشلف، حيث تم استخدام أداة الاستبيان لجمع البيانات الأولية من عينة ميسرة مكونة من (24) موظف من موظفين الفنادق، شمل الاستبيان على (32) عبارة وفق مقياس ليكرت الخماسي موزعة على محورين المحور الأول مدى التزام الفندقين بأخلاقيات الترويج والمحور الثاني مخصص لقياس أداء الموظفين. بعد تفرغ بيانات الاستبيان وتحليل نتائج العينة بواسطة استخدام spss، توصلت الدراسة إلى أن الفنادق تمارس أخلاقيات الترويج، ولها تأثير إيجابي على أداء الموظفين في الفنادق، كما بينت الدراسة أن البعد الأكثر احتراما من طرف الفنادق هو تنشيط المبيعات. والبعد الذي الأقل احتراما هو الإعلان وهذا يرجع إلى طبيعته abstract This study aims to know the effect of adhering to the ethics of promotional ethics in improving the job performance of hotel employees, with an application on the employees of El Mirador and Lavalle hotels in Chlef, where the questionnaire tool was used to collect primary data from a facilitated sample consisting of (24) hotel employees, the questionnaire included on (32 ) A phrase according to the five-point Likert scale distributed over two axes, the first axis is the extent to which the two hotels are committed to the ethics of promotion, and the second axis is dedicated to measuring employee performance. After emptying the questionnaire data and analyzing the results of the sample by using spss, the study concluded that hotels practice promotional ethics, and have a positive impact on the performance of employees in hotels. The study also showed that the most respected dimension by hotels is sales promotion. The dimension that is least respected is advertising
