أثر استراتيجية التمكين الإداري في تحسين الأداء الوظيفي-دراسة ميدانية بالصندوق الوطني للضمان الاجتماعي-سوق اهراس-

Résumé: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة دور استراتيجية التمكين الإداري في تحسين الأداء الوظيفي من وجهة نظر عمال مؤسسة صندوق الضمان الاجتماعي–وكالة سوق اهراس-من خلال التركيز على أبعاد التمكين الإداري (تفويض السلطة، التحفيز، القيادة الإدارية)، ومدى تأثيرها على ابعاد الأداء الوظيفي. و من أهم النتائج التي توصلنا لها وجود أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية لأبعاد استراتيجية التمكين في المؤسسة عند مستوى دلالة (0.05) على تحسين جودة الأداء الوظيفي والذي أكد على أن المؤسسة تولي اهتماما كبيرا لمفهوم استراتيجية التمكين لما لها من أثر إيجابي على نجاحها و تطورها. This study aimed to know the role of the administrative empowerment strategy in improving job performance from the point of view of the workers of the Social Security Fund Institution souk-Ahras Market Agency -by focusing on the dimensions of administrative empowerment (delegation of authority, motivation, administrative leadership) And the extent of its impact on the dimensions of job performance. (One of the most important results that we reached is the presence of a statistically significant impact of the dimensions of the empowerment strategy in the organization at the level of significance (0.05) on improving the quality of job performance, which confirmed that the institution pays great attention to the concept of empowerment strategy because of its positive impact on its success and development
