الاتصال التنظيمي بين القيم الدينية والقيم الإدارية وأثره على ترشيد القرار الإداري

Résumé: يهدف هذا البحث إلى استعراض الاتصال التنظيمي من خلال القيم التي استمدها من الفكر الاسلامي وفي الفكر الإداري وتحديد آثارهما في عملية اتخاذ القرار، كما نسعى من خلاله إلى البحث في العلاقة الطردية القائمة بين الاتصال التنظيمي وأهميته في ترشيد القرار الإداري بتفعيل نظم الاتصال التنظيمي الذي يؤدي إلى التدفق السريع والنوعي للمعلومات الشيء الذي يسهل تحديد البدائل والتحكم في اختيار البديل الافضل الذي يحقق أقصى منفعة ، ولذا يمكن القول أن الاتصال التنظيمي يلعب الدور المحوري في ترشيد القرارات الإدارية. The research aims to review organizational communication in Islamic thought and in administrative thought and to identify the decision-making process from the administrative and Islamic perspective, and to demonstrate the positive relationship existing between organizational communication and its importance in rationalizing the administrative decision by activating organizational communication systems that lead to rapid flow and The qualitative information that facilitates identifying alternatives and controlling the selection of the best alternative that achieves the maximum benefit, and therefore it can be said that organizational communication plays the pivotal role in rationalizing administrative decisions.
