نماذج الاتصال التنظيمي في ضوء الفكر الإداري المعاصر

Résumé: يعتبر الاتصال بعدا تنظيميا يتم وفقه التنسيق بين مختلف المصالح ومراتب الهيكل التنظيمي، وتحديد الأدوار وتحقيق التكامل بين وحدات الإنتاج، وهذا من شأنه حسب ماكس فيبر ترشيد العملية الاتصالية، وعلى الرغم من الدور البارز الذي يحققه الاتصال التنظيمي على المستوى العملي، إلا انه يشهد مجموعة من المعيقات على المستوى الداخلي للمؤسسة الصناعية، والتي ترتبط في عمومها بمشكلة الثقافة التسييرية والقيم التنظيمية الخاصة بعناصر التنظيم وخاصة في القطاع العمومي. حيث أثبتت الدراسات الميدانية أن القائمين على العملية الاتصالية بالمؤسسة متحصلين على شهادات لا تتطابق مع متطلبات المنصب، وان الغموض يشوب الكثير من القرارات والسلوكيات التي يجهل عناصر التنظيم الجدوى منها لعدم حصولهم على معلومات مفصلة حول الأمور المتعلقة بمكان عملهم. Abstract: Communication is an organizational dimension according to which coordination is carried out between the various interests and ranks of the organizational structure, defining roles and achieving integration between production units. Obstacles at the internal level of the industrial establishment, which are generally related to the problem of managerial culture and organizational values for the elements of the organization, especially in the public sector, where field studies have proven that those in charge of the communication process in the institution obtain certificates that do not match the requirements of the position, and that many decisions and behaviors are ambiguous. The elements of the organization are ignorant of the feasibility of them because they do not have detailed information about matters related to their place of work.
