Résumé: ABSTRACT: This study aims to show the contribution of the various development programs for the period 2001-2016, to the establishment of the national infrastructure. For this purpose, the data for each development program were analyzed in order to examine the volume of public investment directed towards infrastructure projects. The study concluded the effective contribution of various development programs (2001-2016) in raising the level of national infrastructure. ملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز مدى مساهمة مختلف البرامج التنموية للفترة 2001-2016، في تأسيس البنية التحتية الوطنية، و لأجل هذا الغرض تم تحليل البيانات المتعلقة بكل برنامج تنموي بهدف الإطلاع على حجم الاستثمار العام الموجه نحو مشاريع الهياكل القاعدية، و قد خلصت هذه الدراسة إلى المساهمة الفعالة لمختلف البرامج التنموية للفترة (2001-2016) في الرفع من مستوى البنية التحتية الوطنية.
