Résumé: ملخص: فرض العنصر البيئي نفسه كأحد أهم الخيارات الاستراتيجية للمؤسسات الاقتصادية، فلم يعد رفع ربحية المؤسسة وتحقيق كفاءة اقتصادية وتنافسية فعالة في الأسواق بالأمر الكافي، ما جعل عملية ادماج البيئة يكتسي أهمية بالغة لحماية بيئة العمل. تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على محددات سلوك المؤسسة اتجاه البيئة من خلال التطرق إلى الضغوطات الحكومية وتأثير الأطراف ذوي المصالح والفرص الاقتصادية وأخلاق المديرين والعوامل الموقفية. كما تهدف إلى دراسة أدوات تحقيق الحماية البيئية في المؤسسات الاقتصادية من خلال تفعيل نظام الإدارة البيئية والجباية البيئية. الكلمات المفتاحية: بيئة العمل، المؤسسة، حماية البيئة، النظام البيئي، الجباية البيئية. Abstract : The environmental element enforce itself as one of the most important strategic options for economic institutions, no longer raising the profitability of the institution and achieve efficient economic and competitive market efficiency, but this made the integration of the environment very important for the protection of the working environment. This study aims to shed light on the determinants of the institution's behavior towards the environment by addressing government pressures and the impact of parties with economic interests and opportunities and ethics of managers, it also aims to study the tools to achieve environmental protection in the economic institutions operating through the activation of environmental management system and environmental taxes.
