Résumé: the economic openness in Algeria, particular ly in the telecommunication sector and the market saturation, besides the increased competition between the three dealers (Mobilis, Djezzy, Nedjma) each of which is doing hard to keep its current customers and consolidate a long-term relationship, as well as to build a communicative bridge with the customers. Hence, This study aims to identify the effect of advertising on the loyalty of the Algerian Telecom customers for the mobile phone (Mobilis) The applied study is represented by the subscribers of Mobilis in Ouargla, whether are pre payment or post payment subscribers .then, we selected a random sample which is composed of 80 singles to whom a questionnaire was distributed. In addition, we adopted a statistical program SPSS to discharge and analyses the data. Then , we could analyses the strengthof the relationship between advertising and the loyalty of Mobilis customers
