أثر الأبعاد المعنوية للعلامة التجارية على تحقيق ولاء الزبون للمؤسسة - دراسة ميدانية علامة موبيليس

Résumé: هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة أثر الأبعاد المعنوية لعلامة موبيليس في تحقيق ولاء الزبون ، و تكونت عينة الدراسة من زبائن موبيليس و قد شملت الدراسة عين عشوائية بسيطة ، حيث تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي و المنهج التحليلي لجمع البيانات و المعلومات و ذلك من خلال استبانه تم توزيعها على العينة العشوائية المذكورة سابقا ، و كذلك تم الاعتماد على برنامج spss . وبعد التحليل الإحصائي توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها وجود علاقة تأثير ذات دلالة إحصائية لأبعاد العلامة التجارية في تحقيق ولاء الزبون ، و تبين أيضا وجود علاقة ارتباط بين جميع الأبعاد المعنوية للعامة التجارية وولاء الزبون ، وتوصلنا أيضا لتوصيات موجهة لمؤسسة موبيليس هو الحرص على تعزيز صورة العلامة التجارية لما له أثر على ولاء الزبون .The study aimed to investigate the impact of dimensional moral to sign Mobilis in achieving customer loyalty, the study sample consisted of customers Mobilis and may study included a random eye simple, as was the use of the descriptive and analytical method for collecting data and information and through a questionnaire distributed to sample random previously mentioned, as well as the dependence on spss program.
