أثر توليد المعرفة على بناء الذاكرة التنظيمية -دراسة حالة مؤسسة سيدار الحجار عنابة-

Résumé: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة مدى وجود أثر لعملية توليد المعرفة على بناء الذاكرة التنظيمية، حيث تم استخدام الاستبيان أداة لجمع البيانات اللازمة على متغيرات الدراسة، من خلال توزيعه على عينة عرضية بلغت 30 موظفا بمركب الحديد والصلب سيدار الحجار عنابة، وتم تحليل البيانات باستخدام برنامج SPSS 24 V. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى وجود أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية لأبعاد توليد المعرفة على الذاكرة التنظيمية، لنقترح في الأخير مجموعة من التوصيات أبرزها توفير نظام حوافز يشجع على توليد المعرفة بين مختلف المستويات الإدارية. The study aims to identify the impact of the effect of the process of generating knowledge on building organizational memory where the questionnaire was used as a tool to collect the necessary data on the variables of the study, through a random sample of 30 employees in the Sider El hadjar Foudation Annaba, and the data was analyzed using the SPSS 24 V program The study concluded that there is a statistically significant effect of the dimensions of knowledge generation on organizational memory, to propose a set of recommendations, most notably the provision of an incentive system that encourages knowledge generation among the various administrative levels.
