الثقافة التنظيمية وعــــــــــــــلاقتها بالتوافق المهني لدى موظفي مديرية الأشغال العمومية بمدينة ورقلة

Résumé: تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على طبيعة العلاقة بين الثقافة التنظيمية والتوافق المهني لدى موظفي مديرية الأشغال العمومية بمدينة ورقلة وكذا التعرف على مستوى التوافق المهني لديهم والبحث عن طبيعة الفروق بينهن في التوافق المهني تبعا لمتغيرات الجنس والسن والحالة الاجتماعية والمستوى التعليمي والتقصي حيثيات الموضوع تم اتباع القواعد والخطوات العامة للمنهج الوصفي باعتباره المنهج المناسب لذلك وتم تطبيق الدراسة على عينة قوامها 80 فرد من موظفي المديرية ولجمع البيانات تم استخدام أداة لقياس الثقافةالتنظيميةوأداة لقياس التوافق المهني بعد التأكد من خصائصهماالسيكومترية وبعد المعالجة الإحصائية للبيانات المتحصل تم التوصل إلى النتائج التالية: _ مستوى التوافق المهني لدى موظفي مديرية الأشغال العمومية بمدينة ورقلة مرتفع؛ _ توجد علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الثقافة التنظيمية والتوافق المهني لدى موظفي مديرية الأشغال العمومية بمدينة ورقلة؛ _ لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين موظفي مديرية الأشغال العمومية بمدينة ورقلة تبعا لمتغيرات الجنس والسن والحالة الاجتماعية والمستوى التعليمي، وتم مناقشة وتفسير هذه النتائج على ضوء مجموعة من الدراسات السابقة وما جاء في الجانب النظري ورؤية الباحث. The current study aims to identify the nature of the relationship between organizational culture and professional compatibility among the employees of the Directorate of Public Works in Ouargla، as well as to identify their level of professional compatibility and to search for the nature of the differences between them in professional compatibility according to the variables of gender، age، social status، educational level and investigation of the merits of the subject. The rules and steps were followed. The general descriptive approach is considered the appropriate approach for that. The study was applied to a sample of 80 employees of the Directorate. To collect data، a tool was used to measure organizational culture and a tool to measure professionalcompatibility after verifying their psychometric properties and after statistical processing of the data obtained، the following results were reached: _ The level of professional compatibility among the employees of the Directorate of Public Works in Ouargla is high _ There is a statistically significant relationship between organizational culture and professional compatibility among the employees of the Directorate of Public Works in Ouargla _ There are no statistically significant differences between the employees of the Directorate of Public Works in Ouargla according to the variables of gender، age، social status and educational level. These results were discussed and interpreted in the light of a set of previous studies and what came in the theoretical aspect and the researcher's vision.
