سبل تنشيط التعاون التجاري والاقتصادي بين الجزائر والدول الإفريقية (ways To Activate Trade And Economic Cooperation Between Algeria And African Countries)

Résumé: الملخص: تعتبر الدول الإفريقية وبالنظر إلى هشاشة اقتصادياتها وعدم استقرارها أكثر الدول حاجة إلى التكتلات اقتصادية، حيث تشير الإحصائيات إلى أن الدول الإفريقية ككتلة اقتصادية تحتل مراتب جد متدنية في التصنيف العالمي، حيث يعتبر التكامل الاقتصادي من أنجع الاستراتيجيات المتاحة من أجل تقليص الفجوة بينها وبين الدول المتقدمة. و تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى تسليط الضوء على واقع التعاون التجاري والاقتصادي بين الجزائر والدول الإفريقية وكيف يمكن تنشيط هذا التعاون. ولقد ساهمت وعملت الجزائر على تطوير وتأسيس عملية التنمية في إفريقيا من خلا دعم البنية التحتية للدول الإفريقية وهي الأرضية التي ترتكز عليها عملية الاستثمار حيث تؤكد الجزائر دورها القاري في إطار عدة مشاريع استثمارية تنموية في مختلف المجالات الاقتصادية. Abstract African countries are considered among the most states which need to be in regional economic blocs, when considering the fragility and the instability of their economies, since the statistics indicate that economic blocs of African countries occupy very low ranks in the world ranking. And this paper aims to shed light on the the reality of trade and economic cooperation between Algeria and African countries and how this cooperation can be activated. Algeria has contributed to the improvement and establishment of the development process in Africa through the support of the infrastructure of the African countries, which is the basis of the investment process, where Algeria confirms its continental role in the framework of several investment projects development in various economic fields.
