دراسة تقييمية للعملية التكوينية للأساتذة الجامعيين الجدد

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى محاولة تقييم عملية تكوين الأساتذة الجامعيين الجدد من وجهة نظرهم والتحقق من وجود فروق بين الأساتذة الجامعيين الجدد في استجابات الأساتذة المتكونين حول هذا التكوين تعزى لمتغيرات (التخصص، الخبرة المهنية، العمر)، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة اعتمد الباحث المنهج الوصفي، واستخدم الاستبيان كأداة لجمع البيانات، وبعد التحقق من شروطها السيكومترية تم توزيعها بطريقة عشوائية على عينة من الأساتذة المتكونين بلغ عددها (135) أستاذ وأستاذة، وبعد التحليل الإحصائي توصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية: -عملية التكوين فعالة من حيث محتوى البرنامج واتجاهات الأساتذة المتكونين بدرجة كبيرة. - عملية التكوين فعالة من حيث كفايات المتكونين وظروف التكوين بدرجة متوسطة. -عدم وجود فرق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين استجابات الأساتذة المتكونين حول هذا التكوين تعزى لمتغيرات (التخصص، الخبرة المهنية، العمر) Abstract: This study aims to evaluate the process of training new university teachers from their point of view, And verifying that there are differences between new university professors in the responses of the formed professors about the effectiveness of this training due to the variables (specialization, professional experience, age) . The researcher adopted the descriptive method, and used the questionnaire; the sample which was used for the study consisted of 150 new university teachers. Chosen at random, the statistical analysis gave the following results: - The training process was effective in terms of the content of the program and the attitudes of teachers who were highly trained. - The training process was effective in terms of the competencies of the trainees and the conditions of the training to a moderate extent. - There is no statistically significant difference between the responses of the trained teachers about this training due to the variables (specialization, professional experience, age)
