Résumé: الملخص: تقتضي ضرورة التطبيق السليم لتشريع الضمان الاجتماعي ضمان المراقبة المستمرة لمختلف أحكامه، حيث تعتبر المراقبة في مجال الضمان الاجتماعي من أهم الآليات التي تساهم في ضمان ديمومة المنظومة وتأديتها لمختلف وظائفها. توصلت الدراسة إلى أن المراقبة الجيدة تكون بتوافر الإمكانيات والوسائل المادية والقانونية لمصلحة المراقبة لمردودية أحسن، وبالتالي تساعد أعوان الرقابة على أداء المهام المنوطة بهم على أحسن وجه. كما يعد الأعوان المراقبين من الوسائل الهامة والمساعدة لتحصيل الديون، فعلى مسؤولي هيئة الضمان الاجتماعي أخذ هذه الفئة بعين الاعتبار بإعطائهم صلاحيات أوسع مما هو عليه لتسهيل عملية المراقبة، والتكثيف منهم حتى يتمكنوا من ممارسة هذه المهمة على مستوى أكبر . الكلمات المفتاحية: مصالح الرقابة، الضمان الاجتماعي، المراقبة، التصريح بالنشاط المهني. Summary: The necessity of the proper implementation of social security legislation requires ensuring continuous surveillance of its various provisions; indeed, surveillance in the field of social security is considered as one of the most important mechanisms that contribute in ensuring the continuity of the system and its performance of its various functions. Studies have asserted that the good watch is established with the availability of proper conditions, material and legal means for the sake of an effective supervision; thus, it helps watchmen to do their duties as assigned. The latters are considered as one of the important means that assist in debts collection, it is highly crucial for the officials of the Social Security direction to take this category into account by providing them with more authorities to facilitate the watch procedure, as well as recruiting as many as possible to undergo this procedure on higher levels.
