Résumé: هدفت الدراسة الى معرفة مساهمة استراتيجيات إدارة الأزمات في الرفع من الاداء المتميز للعاملين بالمؤسسات الرياضية، و لقد تم تحديد إشكالية الموضوع من خلال طرح الإشكال في السؤال الجوهري : ما مساهمة استراتيجيات إدارة الأزمات في الرفع من الاداء المتميز للعاملين بالمؤسسات الرياضية؟ وتمثلت عينة الدراسة في العاملين بمديرية الشباب و الرياضة لولاية المسيلة، واستخدم المنهج الوصفي ، مستعملا استمارة استبيان موجهة إلى العاملين بالمديرية . وجاءت نتائج الدراسة ان العنصر البشري الذي يدير الاستراتيجيات ادارة الازمات يساهم في الرفع من الاداء المتميز للعاملين، تساهم الاستراتيجيات المعتمدة في ادارة الازمات في الرفع من الاداء المتميز للعاملين بالمؤسسات الرياضية، يساهم التخطيط الاستراتيجي لادارة الازمات في الرفع من الاداء المتميز للعاملين The study aimed to know the contribution of crisis management strategies to raising the outstanding performance of employees in sports institutions, and the problem of the subject was identified by posing the problem in the essential question: What is the contribution of crisis management strategies to raising the outstanding performance of employees in sports institutions? The sample of the study was represented by the employees of the Directorate of Youth and Sports in the Wilayat of M'sila, and the descriptive approach was used, using a questionnaire addressed to the employees of the Directorate. The results of the study came that the human element that manages the strategies of crisis management contributes to raising the outstanding performance of employees. The strategies adopted in crisis management contribute to raising the outstanding performance of employees in sports institutions. Strategic planning for crisis management contributes to raising the outstanding performance of employees.
