مساهمة تطبيق إستراتيجيات إدارة الموارد البشرية بالمؤسسات الرياضية في إنجاح الاحتراف الرياضي بالجزائر

Résumé: إن الهدف من دراستنا هو التعرف على تطبيق إستراتيجيات إدارة الموارد البشرية بالمؤسسات الرياضية ومساهمته في إنجاح الاحتراف الرياضي بالجزائر، حيث اتبعنا المنهج الوصفي المسحي، وشملت عينة دراستنا من 30 موظف بمديرية الشباب والرياضة لولاية المسيلة، وتم الاعتماد على استمارة الاستبيان كأداة لجمع المعلومات والبيانات، توصلنا إلى أن تطبيق استراتيجيات إدارة الموارد البشرية بالمؤسسات الرياضية يساهم في إنجاح الاحتراف الرياضي بالجزائر، وعليه أوصت هذه الدراسة علي ضرورة الاهتمام بتطبيق استراتيجيات إدارة الموارد البشرية ليكون طاقم المؤسسات الرياضية مؤهل ومدرب ذا خبرة وكفاءة كونه عصب العمل الإداري بالمؤسسة فيه يتحقق نجاح الاحتراف الرياضي بالجزائر. The aim of our study is to get acquainted with the application of human resources management strategies in sports institutions and its contribution to the success of sports professionalism,where we followed the descriptive survey approach, and our study sample included 30 employees of the Directorate of Sports for the mandate of M'sila, and the questionnaire was approved,We concluded that the application of human resources management strategies in sports institutions contributes to the success of sports professionalism in Algeria,and therefore this study recommended the need to pay attention to the application of human resource management strategies for the staff of sports institutions to be qualified A trainer with experience and the of the administrative work of the institution, whereby the successful professionalism in Algeria .
