مستوى التمكين النفسي لدى عمال شركة الاسمنت بني صاف- عين تموشنت

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على مستوى التمكين النفسي والكشف عن الفروق فيه تبعا لمتغير الجنس في شركة الاسمنت بني صاف-عين تموشنت، حيث تم إتباع المنهج الوصفي التحليلي باستخدام الاستبيان كأداة للدراسة، تم تطبيقه على عينة مكونة من 30 عامل. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى: وجود مستوى مرتفع من التمكين النفسي، وعدم وجود فروق في مستوى التمكين النفسي تبعا لمتغير الجنس. وفي ضوء هذه النتائج نقترح التوصيات التالية: توفير بيئة عمل تساهم في تعزيز مستوى التمكين النفسي والحفاظ عليه، وضرورة إجراء دراسات أكثر حول الموضوع نظرنا لتأثيره على عدة قضايا أخرى في مجال العمل. Abstract: This study aims to identify the level of psychological empowerment and reveal differences in it according to the gender variable in the BeniSaf Cement Company - AinTemouchent. The descriptive analytical approach was followed using the questionnaire as a tool for the study, and it was applied to a sample of 30 workers. The study found: a high level of psychological empowerment, and no differences in the level of psychological empowerment according to the gender variable. In light of these results, we propose the following recommendations: Providing a work environment that contributes to enhancing and maintaining the level of psychological empowerment, and the necessity of conducting more studies on the subject, given its impact on several other issues in the field of work.
