القيادة الإستراتيجية ودورها في تطبيق مبادئ إدارة الجودة الشاملة بالمؤسسة الإقتصادية

Résumé: This study aim to identify the perceptions of the respondents towards the level of availability of strategic leadership in the Biskaria Cement Corporation, as well as the level of application of the principles of total quality management in it, in addition to the role of strategic leadership in its two dimensions "transformational leadership and transactional leadership" in applying the principles of total quality management and which method is the most effective in the process application. The study population consist of all (122) executives of the institution under study, and a random sample of (75) employees was selected, where the questionnaire was distributed to all of them through several field visits, and (46) questionnaires valid for statistical processing were retrieved. The method used in this study is the descriptive method, and for the statistical analysis of the data we used several methods, including: descriptive statistical measures, simple linear regression analysis...etc. The study achieve several results, the most important of which is that the level of availability of strategic leadership and the level of application of the principles of total quality management in the institution under study was average for both. The results also showed us that there is a strong relationship between the two variables of the study, in addition to the existence of a role for strategic leadership in its "transformational and transactional" dimensions in applying the principles of total quality management, and that the transformational method is the most effective in applying the latter in the institution under study. The study conclude with many suggestions, most notably: The Biskaria Cement Corporation must intensify continuous improvement processes and put all its efforts into it as it is one of the most important principles of applying total quality management into consideration in the decision-making process
