السكن وعلاقته باندماج المهاجرين من جنوب الصحراء -حالة مدينة مكناس المغربية Housing And Its Relationship To The Integration Of Immigrants From Sub-saharan Africa: The Case Of The Moroccan City Of Meknes

Résumé: في هذا المقال سنتطرق لسيرورة اندماج المهاجرين من جنوب الصحراء (الكاميرونيين والسنغاليين)، بالتركيز على الولوج إلى السكن (l’accès au logement)، والبحث في العلاقة بين هذا الأخير وإمكانية تحقيق الاندماج، مفترضين أن الولوج إلى السكن مؤشر (indicateur) يمكن أن نقارب من خلاله اندماج هؤلاء المهاجرين في مدينة مكناس. وقد تبين لنا من خلال الاشتغال على مسارات الهجرة واستراتيجيات البحث والولوج إلى السكن، أن شروط الاستقرارl’installation في المغرب غير متوفرة (في نظر المهاجرين)، وبالتالي فإن الاندماج أمر صعب، إن لم يكن وهما. In this paper, we approach the integration process of sub-Saharan immigrants (Cameroonians and Senegalese), by focusing on the access to housing, and looking at the relationship between the latter and the possibility of integration achievement, supposing that the access to housing is an indicator through which we can measure the extent of sub-Saharan immigrants integration in Meknes. The immigration paths and the searching and accessing to housing strategies show that the conditions of settlement in Morocco are non-existent (according to the immigrants) hence the integration is difficult to achieve, or even seems to be a delusion.
