Résumé: موضوع حقوق الإنسان وحرياته الأساسية من المواضيع ذات الأهمية الكبيرة لإرتباطها بحياة الإنسان وعلاقته بالمجتمع من جهة وعلاقته بالدولة التي يعيش في إطارها، لذلك إهتمت القوانين الوضعية وكذا المواثيق الدولية بدراسة هذه الحقوق ووضع أطر تسير وفقها حتى تضمن تطبيقها وعدم إنتهكاكها، لذلك أخذت الجزائر على عاتقها مهمة التأكيد على هذه الحريات وتضمينها في دساتيرها ضمانا لتحقيق دولة القانون. The subject of human rights and basic freedoms is one of the topics of great importance because of its connection to human life and its relationship to society on the one hand, and its relationship to the state in which he lives. Therefore, positive laws as well as international conventions were interested in studying these rights and setting frameworks that go according to them to ensure their application and non-violation, so Algeria took upon itself the task Emphasizing these freedoms and including them in their constitutions to ensure the achievement of the rule of law.
