الرقابة الادارية على إستغلال الخواص لنشاط السمعي البصري في الجزائر.

Résumé: تمارس الرقابة الادارية بصفة تلقائية من جانب الهيئات صاحبة الاختصاص في مواجهة تصرفات الافراد من أجل الحفاظ على النظام العام و تحقيق المصلحة العامة.، إذ تلعب الوسائل القانونية دورا هاما في تسيير نشاط الإدارة العامة، لذلك يعترف المشرع للإدارة بقدر من حرية التصرف في مباشرة مختلف اختصاصاتها في مجال الحفاظ على النظام العام و تحقيق المصلحة العامة. وهذا ما يتجسد في ممارسة الهيئات المكلفة بتأطير مجال الاستثمار في قطاع الاعلام عامة ونشاط السمعي البصري خاصة لصلاحياتها. Abstract Administrative control is exercised automatically by the bodies with jurisdiction in the face of the actions of individuals in order to maintain public order and achieve the public interest. As legal means play an important role in the conduct of public administration activity, therefore the legislator recognizes to the administration a degree of freedom to dispose of its various functions In the field of maintaining public order and achieving the public interest. This is embodied in the practice of bodies charged with framing the field of investment in the media sector in general and audiovisual activity in particular for their powers.
