Valorisation De La Matière Lignocellulosique Des Déchets De Palmier Dattier (phoenix Dactylefera L.) Comme Fertilisant Organique
Résumé: In the Saharan regions, the date palm is the main crop of agriculture and offers a wide range of agricultural by-products , increasing the production of date palm by-products. Leads to an accumulation of this waste in the environment and harm our environment. Among the solutions envisaged for the treatment and recovery of organic waste in general we can cite the composting. The objective of our study is the composting of phytoretic waste such as (petiole, dry palms, spathe, floral stem) in the University of Ahmad Draya Adrar , the composts made were tested in order to know the quality Of these composts, we launched a crop of cowpea bean in the four compost and followed their behavior. The results obtained illustrate: • Ambient temperature and humidity affect the process of organic matter degradation; • Degradation also depends on the nature of the composted substrate; • The petiole substrate has the highest potassium content (536.4 mg / L), for the bioavailable phosphorus the spathe substrate has the highest content (478.17 ppm) compared to other composts. Regarding the monitoring of the cultivation of the cowpea bean (tadelaght) show that: • The floral stem substrate has a considerable vegetable mass of the cowpea bean compared to the other composts.
